Fafsa and College Apps with differing information = problem?

While i was filling out the FAFSA application with my parents, I just found out that my mother received a college degree here in the US. On my College apps, i instinctively put "high school" as highest education for both of them because they speak no english.

Will this be a problem? I'm not sure if admissions and financial aid shares information or not. What should i do? I would hate to have to call all my schools about wrong information, again.

On my applications, i've also said that i've worked a job, but i've been working for a family member. So i was paid under the table and this hasn't been filed in my income tax, will this be a problem?

Any advice would be nice.

Just email/call the universities about informational changes on your application. About the work...I'm not sure, but you could say you didn't receive any money.

help? ?

I am not sure the mother thing is a big deal, but easy to fix. Given FASA is gov run with ssn, I am not sure about the money issue (IRS in a number of ways). So depending on the amount paid it could matter on several counts. Don't know if I would have posted this info.
