<p>Here's my situation.</p>
<p>I'm trying to fill out my FAFSA with my mother's information, but she's undocumented and pays taxes. I understand that this isn't a problem, and when speaking to someone on the FAFSA live help they told me I could just enter her tax ID number in place of the SSN. However, when doing this, the number would not match up with mom's name.</p>
<p>I'm also speaking to someone else on Live Help right now, and they're telling me that I would have to enter all zeros for her SSN, but I think I've tried that before, and it clashed with my entering actual amounts for other areas of the form.</p>
<p>I'm about to put down my father's information, because he is documented, but I don't live with him, not even the same state. I feel as if this would be the only thing I have left to resort to. I can't be the only one with this problem though, help?</p>
