fafsa help efc, grants ad loans.

I just used the irs retriever tool and I got this numbers I know what they are but I dont know if this are decent numbers for aid comparing to others
Estimated Expected Family Contribution (EFC)= 002947
Pell Grant Estimate - $2,970.00
Direct Stafford Loan Estimate - $5,500.00
Thank you!

Compared to other what? Other schools or other people?

Those are your numbers for federal aid and should be the same at every school. You need to run the NPC for each school to see what kind of aid they are likely to give you in addition to federal aid.

The FAFSA is not a competition. Everyone gets what the formula says they get. One person getting more aid doesn’t mean someone else gets less.

What you really want to know is what your financial aid packet age from your college will look like, not how your numbers compare to others.

If you are an incoming freshman, the school net price calculator can help you estimate your aid until your package is ready.

Run the net price calculator on UArk’s website and see what the results are. Did you get any merit awards offered? I don’t think the school gives great aid so it may not be affordable.

Run the npc and copy/paste the results.

How much will your family pay each year towards college
