<p>Don't be so quick. Unless you have a full ride merit scholarship, that is not based on need, you may still need to file the FAFSA especially if you need Federal or state aid.</p>
<p>What school have you been admitted to?</p>
<p>Are they covering the cost of everything?</p>
<p>FAFSA will specifically ask for it when he clicks that he is a permanent resident. If he does not put it in, I don't think they will even let him submit the FAFSA.</p>
