FAFSA pin! HELP

So I never got a pin before I did FAFSA, and the deadline for some of my schools is today. =/ Since you need the pin to sign the application electronically, it says if you don't have a pin you have 2 options:

1) Print A Signature Page - Print a signature page, sign it, and mail it to us immediately. We cannot process your application until we receive the signature page. If we do not receive the signature page within 14 days, we will send you a paper SAR to sign and return.

2) Process Now Without Signature - (This option will create a delay in processing your application) - If you select this option, your application will process and reject due to missing a student signature. However, you will still need to provide your signature. You can:
sign and return the Student Aid Report (SAR) that you will receive in the mail, or return to the FAFSA on the Web home page and select Sign Electronically With Your PIN.

On the page before this, there was a button that says "apply for pin" but I'm afraid if I do that, it will take a week or something to get the pin. What should I do?!!

Pin takes a day or two. might be longer over the weekend. Just be careful putting your SS# in. Incorrect data will cause a delay

Thanks, but since it takes a day or two, I guess I need to chose one of the options I posted before. :( Does anyone know which one will be faster or better since the deadline is today?!

submitting without the signature and the subsequent rejection will end up taking longer than waiting for the PIN via the computer (I'm pretty sure)

Okay, I think I figured it out. I made a PIN that I think is provisional and it said the Social Security Administration will approve it in a few days. I hope it's okay. I submitted by typing in my PIN and I think it worked.

It should come back and give you a confirmation number and an estimated EFC if it has gone through.
