Failed at VCU transferred to nova and now what are my chances to transfer to mason with a 3.2GPA?

Hello,

I was trying to get a biology degree at VCU to become a doctor, I failed three courses during my first semester then retook them and got C’s. However, that caused me to get into academic probation although I had a GPA of 2.2. The VCU admissions said I turned in the credit history form after the semester’s deadline. I transferred my credits to Nova and currently taking pre-requisite classes and only 2 pre-req for nursing. My current GPA is 3.250, and it’ll be 3.3 by the end of this semester. I’ve only taken 26 credits this year from Nova. I do not want to get an associates degree from here, what are my chances of transferring to Mason? Also, what are my chances for nursing school at Mason? I plan on being a registered nurse or physicians assistant at this point. My mistakes in the past were that I didn’t take college seriously and wasn’t aware of the consequences until it hit me. I’m admitting to my failures but I currently trying to fix my mistakes.

Also, I applied to mason in high school and got waitlisted then rejected in summer of (2017). I went to VCU from 2017-2018 and started to attend Nova in Fall 2018

Your transcript from VCU will be used to calculate your gpa. You need to send that transcript to GMU. Nursing is a very competitive major at GMU.
