<p>im like failing this class.....i knew i should have taken AP Chemistry but the teacher was so sure this class was right for me....now im failing this class with flying colors.....and then he said that he doesnt think im an AP student....out of all 13 AP classes i took, this is the only one i have done bad in.....and i need to get an A or B next semester, which is gonna be a joke because its E&M nex semester and i cant even pass Mechanics......help???? lol would this have something to do with me only coming from AP Biology last year instead of AP Physics B?</p>
<p>Yes, it probably would. Physics is not something you can learn right off the bat, because it's so different. If you had started with B it would have been a good introductory course for you to get used to it, but the only suggestion I have for you is to practice doing more problems.</p>
<p>practice, practice, practice, thats what you can do , thats how physics is supposed to be done, itss not that hard to do physcis C without a physics B background ( i know beacause i know people who do it and because i looked into both), you might also wanna try the MIT physics Lectures, they are pretty good </p>

<p>you should study ahead 4 E&M and review your calculus. I got a C in Mech first term, but ended up at the head of the class by the time we were done with ampere in march. Its possible to do well with some dedication and hard work.</p>
<p>It's so nice to know that someone else who does very well in everything else is struggling with AP Physics C! This stuff is just hard! Loved AP Chem, and the teacher told me to do it, and now I really dislike it. ARRGH! I've been getting by with just going in for extra help</p>
<p>it's just practice dude. I didn't take physics b or anything, and i'm in c. I struggled at the beginning...and middle, but I just did a lot of practice before the final, redid all my tests,etc. pretty sure i did pretty well on the final.</p>
<p>I took normal physics last year and now Im in Physics C. My first test I got a 3% on (LOL) but now I have an A. Go figure.</p>
<p>yeah..the AP teacher told me to take it and now im doing like crap...and the sad thing is, he's not mean about it , he just feels bad for me ...</p>
