<p>I thought they were supposed to be up on June 1st but I don't see them yet...Are they supposed to be released on a different date or am I just looking in the wrong place?</p>

<p>Is that all the classes there are gonna be this fall? None of the ones I was hoping to take are up there.</p>
<p>The classes listed currently on URSA are, dare I say, bare bones. There’s not a single Econ elective on there. -.-</p>

<p>If you have a clear idea on your major and you have some time, you can get started by planning out your first quarter. You won’t be at a huge advantage if you delay this until Orientation though since they don’t expect you to know anything about course registration.</p>
<p>When do we find out what professors are teaching the classes? Was it on there? I couldn’t seem to find it.</p>

<p>Most will be listed when the Registrar releases the schedule of classes on Monday. Some departments may have already posted them - or maybe just the math department</p>

<p>For me there is, because it’s going to influence whether or not I decide to live on campus. If I’m going to have to drive to UCLA 4-5 times per week, then I might as well live there. If it’s only 2-3 I’ll probably commute.</p>
<p>Take my advice and live on campus… unless you really really don’t want to take out the money for loans. Commuting sucks! The drive is terrible, it makes it hard to get involved, and overall you lack the college experience. Trust me, you wont regret living on campus but you will probably regret commuting…</p>
<p>To echo what Lawl said - if you can reasonably afford to do so, live on campus for at least your first year.</p>

<p>Well… If your 25, you probably don’t care too much about the college experience and it purely comes down to the actual drive. So it depends on how far of a drive it is… but once again if money isn’t the concern i’de get an off campus apartment in Westwood. Your still able to get involved in school, its still easy to make plans with friends who live on campus or near by, and you get to skip the 101 - 405 interchange (God how I hate it!!!)</p>
<p>I live in Anaheim Hills so I’ll be moving to Westwood… I was trying to get in the Univ apartments & looking on uloop etc. I do planning on being involved in some of the academic clubs from a professional standpoint, volunteering etc. I’d like to take advantage of the short time I have there & want to be as close to campus as possible. Commuting is out of the question. :)</p>
<p>@ Shawna -if you’re 25 and don’t need as many parties/having all your friends around you - you can live a bit further away from Westwood (e.g. not in the North Village or the dorms/uni apts) and get a much better deal on living situation. Look for good bus routes and you can find nice digs south of wilshire - even down near Santa Monica Blvd. I’ve got a friend who lives in WeHo & another friend who lives in Santa Monica so you can get a more… “grown up” experience if you want it. If you plan on partying at apartments (not spending your time at the clubs in hollywood/bars/etc.) than you should probably stick around the North VIllage. Anyhow… I need to get to bed for my midterm. Lots of factors to consider.</p>

I mean, is that the complete one? Cause there’s like 4 US history classes, and I’m coming all the way from England specifically because I want to study American politics and American history Never mind, eh…</p>

<p>Hey guys, I know this is going to sound really dumb … but on the schedule when it lists what the day of the class, M=Monday, T=Tuesday, W=Wednesday, and etc. And R=Thursday right?</p>
