<p>Hello everyone. I was just wondering.. What's the best time to look for housing for next semester? I keep looking right now but everything seems to be for summer school.</p>
<p>I’m in the same boat. I plan to start apartment hunting after spring break.</p>
<p>I was under the impression that in general leases in Berkeley start and end on June 1st</p>
<p>The semester ends early may, so I assume there might be places for rent this month and April. I like to plan way in advanced. Just don’t want to have to worry about housing in July. I have a busy summer planned.</p>
<p>Right I meant housing on craigslist is not for rent now (thoguh some are) but for June 1st</p>
