<p>I took 4 years of it in high school and loved it, but just recently found out that my AP credit (I got 5’s on both of the AP Latin exams) doesn’t count for the language portion of the Classics minor at my school. I’ve already met all of the other requirements for the minor so it would seem like a waste to not finish it off.
And, no, lol, I’m not a premed. Latin is fun, though. I’ve taken French as well but Latin is just more fun as a language to me.
I was able to test out of Latin 1 though, so I’m actually taking a course called Energy and Humanity now instead and I’m going to jump right into Latin 2 in the spring.</p>
