Does anyone know when your email account becomes available? I just paid my Intent to Enroll fee.
@kippycap from what I was told by there IT, our email will fully activate once we are officailly enroll as students at CPP. So in the meantime emails from the school will redirect the emails to your personal email account.

Now, do you guys know if the orientation dates fill up or something? The only 3 showing up for me are in late July / August but I’m not sure if I will be out of town or not yet, but I don’t want to not be able to go /:
Also do you know what happens if I don’t turn in my tax transcripts to the Fin. Aid office? I can’t seem to order them online and I’m not sure what to do. Do you think the pdf from TurboTax would work or does it need to be from the direct IRS site?
(sorry for all the questions, I am usually at work/school during all business hours so I find it hard to get in contact with the administration at CPP)
@kippycap yeah i think the regular 1 day orientations are july 20th,27th and then 1 in august. I signed up for the 27th but there is also the 1.5 day orientations where you sleep there and continue orientation for an extra day or so. Those ones were earlier in july, i think the 6th-7th and 13th-14th. you should make sure you are free on one of the orientation dates because thats also when we register for our classes.
I highly doubt it will fill up quickly since it’s still in the early process, due to students who are still waiting to be accepted. Then again With orientation it depends on your major. Each major has a different orientation date. I haven’t paid my orientation fee yet since we have a long way to go.
Regarding your Financail Aid situation it’s best to either email or call the Financail aid building, assuming you have time of course. I’m not certain on the situation, but they may ask you for your filing for last year tax record, which is the pdf you are referring too. I maybe wrong but I highly advise you to contact the financial aid office.
Oh by the way don’t be sorry. Lol. We are all fellow students and it’s all a learning process.
Status finally switch today from ready for review to ready for decision. I have a good feeling about next week.

Calc 3 & PHYS 1 done by transfer. No engineering courses.
Im a little worried because I couldnt add linear algebra (and it was on my planned courses for spring). Hopefully they dont deny for this when I send my final transcripts. If anyone knows about that please let me know.

@Meooow CS major here, pending decision as well. Out of curiosity, are your Pre-reqs completed?

Question. If you don’t get accepted with your primary major can they accept you with your secondary major?
I applied as an EE major and put Applied Mathematics as my alternative major. I wanted something that wasn’t impacted just in case.
Is Math hard to get into?
My gpa is about 3.35
I’ve got up to Linear algebra done and physics 1 and all GE’s.
I have over 100 units and this is my second time applying(does that make a difference?)

Well… bad news for me, I was placed on the waiting list… Hopefully, I get a space by the end of May.
