Everyone who is still waiting for a decision: do you have low-average stats? Is anyone with high stats still waiting? I have a feeling it’s all rejections at this point.
@BodySurfer99 thanks for the info! They said as long as it says tax transcript on it they’d accept it. I ended up just ordering it by snail mail from the IRS cause my online request wouldn’t work for some reason. Still waiting on it. :-??

I spoke with a Cal Poly transfer representative today at our transfer fair and got some information regarding transfer applicants with impacted majors. He stated decisions will still be going out until the end of April. DONT LOSE HOPE. He did say they go by GPA only in regards to decisions with transfer but if we haven’t gotten denied yet, there may be hope. This is in regards to impacted majors only, especially Biology and Chemistry. Because major is impacted and there is so many applicants it takes longer to get through them all. this has NOTHING to do with freshman apps, and this is a transfer thread only so if your frosh and reading this, your on the wrong thread. Also, I created this thread for transfer applicants to discuss the application process, state stats, and declare acceptances, please create another thread if you want to keep discussing financial aid or campus life after being admitted. I do not mean this malicious in any manner, but it gives people false hope when they see something has been commented on, thinking they will get news on application status or another admission wave and its a comment that has nothing to do with waiting on admission decision or information regarding the decision or acceptance process. There is this awesome little button on top that says " create new topic" be adventurous, independent, spontaneous: use it. Congrats to all those accepted. To those still waiting, luck to you all. and don’t forget to keep posting stats so others can compare and gauge their chances.

FINALLY! I was denied and accepted alllll at once… I have been “ready for decision” since December and just now was accepted to my alternate major… I had applied to the Biology/Botany impacted program and looked at my portal just now and was accepted to my alternate choice of Plant Science. I am disappointed obviously, but still happy to have a place to go in the Fall. Only thing is that my Plant Science program did NOT require the 1 year of General Biology… 1 year of General Physics… Calculus…(completed all those classes already, YUK) orrr the Microbiology class that I’m currently in and is quite hard in itself… UMmm OK, I guess learning is fun so…
@McGuffy I am also at “ready for decision” business admin-accounting from Santa Ana College, 3.6 GPA, did anyone complete the AST degree in business admin?
has anyone received the official letter of admissions via physical mail yet? i read an earlier post that said they called the school and said they mailed them out yesterday. let me know.
I didn’t receive a letter through the mail. I only saw it on Bronco Direct and in my email. Unless they’re planning on sending those out later? But that seems weird since I got the email about a month ago…

Denied, CSU Elig, Not Redirect After all the waiting…
Denied last night for Sociology. It said it was because as an applicant outside of the service area, I was missing some of the supplemental classes for the impacted major. I’m a senior transfer, so I took the chance of applying without them. Wasn’t going to go back to the community college to take them when I had already started at another CSU.BTW I got the news via e-mail. Good luck to those still waiting.
