I had my application withdrawn because they didn’t receive my SAT scores. (I thought if you send them to one CSU then they are shared with the rest like UCs)

@IneffableMind: Did you do this for your SAT scores?
Once you have taken the SAT test, you should list the CSUMentor institution code, so that CSUMentor can store your scores for any CSU campus to retrieve. The CSUMentor institution code for the SAT is 3594.
@IneffableMind @Gumbymom This happened to a friend of mine and me as well. She did the exact same thing as you-- she sent it to one CSU instead of the mentor code, I sent it to the mentor code. Luckily, I found out in December that my scores were missing, while my friend did not and had her application withdrawn CPP apparently had trouble receiving scores unless they were sent straight to them, not the mentor code.
I emailed CPP (don’t bother! I just got an absolutely useless copy and paste reply, 2 months later), called CPP (the lady was nice and at least tried to help me), and called CollegeBoard (waste of my time) and decided just to send my scores to CPP again. Well, it worked!
Is there any way you can appeal?
This is the first year that the CSU’s allowed you send scores to one school or the CSU mentor site and they were suppose to be shared with the rest of the campuses. If you sent the ACT scores, you should have noticed that you can use the ACT score manager and upload the scores to all of the campuses, but I did not see this option for the SAT scores. May be there are still some bugs in the system. I think just for piece of mind, it would be best to send all scores directly to the schools.
In regards to an appeal, I believe there are grounds to appeal, however, the schools do require you to check your portals to make sure all items needed for your application are received by the schools. I think an appeal is worth a try at this point.
