In my portal I have the same thing as always
@mgh516
Portal didn’t change, just update email came (#197 above)
@calstates I didn’t even get an email
@mgh516
Your still in the running then!
But I thought they weren’t sending out admissions anymore ?
@mgh516
Who said they are not sending out admissions anymore? I’m not aware of that, and I’m still under the impression that many more are to come still (by Major). My daughters update is in the Liberal Studies (Elementary school teacher) Major
I got that same email, although my stats are VERY low compared to those who have been accepted and are likely to be accepted. I only have a CSU gpa of a 3.54 & 1120 SAT. I applied for marine bio. I’ve been expecting a rejection but I don’t see why it’s such a long wait.
My DD was accepted last week… OOS, business major 4.02 weighted/3.87 unweighted with a 1250 SAT
@clumsy915 literally same but I never got the email.
Didn’t get any email about admissions in late March, my status is still “Your application has been forwarded to the academic department” though.
@calstates
Sorry I meant that I thought they weren’t currently sending out admissions anymore until March due to the email you and others have gotten.
@pikachu2018 yes, school counselor is assisting my DD with appeal process. Even though she might not be attending if she got accepted by UCs, but counselor said she needs to appeal, will help other students in the same situation.
My DD told me there was no portal for CSULB because she was rejected (she received the email before she even set up the portal). I was wondering if everyone here has set up the portal with CSULB?
Thanks!
@michelledont I had the same problem too so I emailed helpdesk@csulb.edu at around 10pm and they responded within 10 minutes! they activated my account again and it worked.
Accepted!!
Major: Finance
CSU GPA: 3.95
SAT: 1230
ACT: 25
@jljackson Not too sure, I heard from CPP really early February but I still haven’t heard from CSULB.
Any news ?
@jljackson wow, you and me are exact opposites. I got accepted to CPP and CSUF, but havent heard anything from CSULB yet.
@jljackson congrats
Computer science, sorry for the late reply. Been busy with school.
