If someone’s tag was accepted, but they just miss it on the GPA minimum, is it still possible they would be accepted on a straight basis?

Do you think they are still releasing decisions today? Haven’t heard back 3.83 GPA Business Admin from a CCC. Also if I haven’t heard back is that a bad sign?

One thing is for sure, if you haven’t heard by the end of the month…there is a chance for wait list or rejection.
@Piktuto Luckily theres still plenty of time until the end of the month. I really hope I get in for Business Admin. Berkeley is my top choice but there aren’t many UCs that have business admin majors and I got denied from Cal Poly (strange with a 3.83 and extracurricular but looked almost harder than Berkeley’s numbers last year) so hopefully Ill get into UCB but Irvine would be a nice fallback.

The portal is just the UC IDnet right? And it says we will notify you of our decision as it has been made and then shows a hyperlink for the notification schedule?

Been having some back and forth with the UCI admissions via portal messages. They said all admission decisions will be out within the next week.
