False High School name !!..troubles??

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I reside outside USA ..when I registered for the SAT, my high school name was required. My school wasn't included in the list, so I chose another school to proceed in the registeration process. So, high school name on the admission ticket wasn't my actual one.</p>

<p>In the test center, they told me that it is not a problem. bUT i'M STILL worried ...as scores will be sent to universities. Will the false high school name be sent to colleges as well ? Will this cause troubles for me ? (As the name of school written on my ticket is different from mine) ? Can I correct this mistake ? Given that the online form is refusing to update high school name and leave it blank. </p>

<p>I took December test, and my score are to be sent in several days.</p>

<p>Not an issue. High school is there for providing a copy of your report to your high school and thus that won’t occur but it means nothing for admission. I am not sure your high school is even on the reports sent to colleges but they won’t care what it says as to high school since they get that information from your application. Moreover, persons who actually make admissions decisions don’t even review the actual report from the College Board but instead get the information on your scores that has been entered into your application file in the computer which is going to be a summary of the report simply providing your scores.</p>
