<p>Okay so I've worked for my uncles about 4 years now and I'm pretty sure that's a big thing on my resume so would I be allowed to get a letter of reccomendation from him? I know you're not suppose to have it from family, but I was just wondering.</p>
<p>I severely doubt it. Even if you do send it in, the logical thing for an admissions officer to assume is that your uncle is a heavily biased source. Taking that into consideration, anything he says won't be given much weight. Don't send it in is my advise.</p>
<p>Well, you could have him write a short note describing what you do, etc. Since you've been working for four years, I assume it would form a major cornerstone of your resume - does that not warrant a more detailed explanation?</p>
