<p>Hey guys! I got into FIT this year as an AAS in Illustration, i just wanted to know if anyone else got in too and for which major :) </p>

<p>Im actually not really sure about going there for illustration, because alot of people tell me
that FIT is all about fashion and its not very well recognized for their other majors like SVA or Pratt or Parsons is.</p>

<p>To any illustration majors out there, what do you honestly think about the quality of illustration in there? Is it good?</p>

<p>I went to visit the school because I also got in there and what people say seems to be true. The illustration department didn’t really have much to show for themselves and when asked about former students they had no idea what they were doing now-a-days. They also said that everyone has to do freelance after college. The professor there said he started out in FIT and then said that he needed mroe education so he went to SVA.
I chose SVA instead of FIT.</p>
