<p>spanks, you are so right! i cant even imagine eating mcdonalds anymore. it has been... two years since i last ate there. if you are going to eat fast food subway, arbys, and a few mexican places are okay.</p>
<p>yeah fast food IS gross. it gives you this terrible feeling during and after. that being said, french fries are REALLY good. and KFC mashed potatoes...which are mostly just corn actually...still delicious...haha</p>
<p>and yeah subway is disgusting, just go home and make yourself a fresh sandwich on whole wheat bread</p>

<p>haha, and about BMI...you MUST use a caliper. Using one of those charts or electronic thingys is inaccurate. For example those methods say I have 30% BMI...but using a caliper, and measuring every bit of fat...it comes out to 13%</p>
<p>being fat is usually a sign of not having self discipline. stop stuffing that hole with so many donuts and get on the treadmill and then finding a guy shouldn't be hard</p>
