Fat Studies

^
It’s all about portion control and food choice. A lot of professionals actually suggest that people eat snacks in between meals in order to keep their metabolism going. It’s a matter of what snacks you eat, how large your meals are, and what your meals consist of. The problem is a lot of people eat to get that “full” feeling. If you don’t eat until you’re stuffed, it would make sense to eat a snack (that’s not a bag of chips, a candy bar, cookies, etc.) two hours after you eat.

If done the right way, snacking in between meals can be beneficial. On the other hand, there is no right way to eat high calorie fast foods except for not eating them at all.

So, I regret to admit that I have been watching more videos about “fat acceptance” and junk on youtube (I blame it on being the only one home form college so far) and I have to say, the more I hear, the less and less I get it.

^
That is to be expected of one who is not incredibly delusional. No one with a lick of sense would believe that “fat acceptance” is a cause to be supported or taken seriously in any capacity.
