Gotta say, I’ve come to love my XC. I’m good at it and it gets my name in the paper.

Also, it’s co-ed, so the pasta parties aren’t sausage fests. Instead, they get interesting. ;P

Despite my deep Passion for physics as well, I’d have to say DECA. My school has a pretty awful science department, though our math is great DECA is just so much fun and I love going to competitions. And I came 6th in state and the top 5 go to nationals!!!-very frustrating. But as a freshman, is that pretty good? DECA’s definitely the most educating of the well organized clubs at my school, though after I’m done with science club next year, we might give DECA a run for its money!!

Yes, XC and track are both sports where the men’s and women’s teams practice together and compete during the same season.

When it comes to team-related parties, it helps to have a fair amount of either gender present so as to avoid this: [Urban Dictionary: sausage fest](Urban Dictionary: sausage-fest)

I can’t imagine a baseball party where every guest is male being quite as fun.

CHINESE CLUB! Best people you’ll ever meet! We have an annual Lunar Show set up for every February in the theater with acts and food, etc. We go to San Francisco on the BART and just hang out on a school day (we have a little tour of some Asian sites/museums, but majority of the day is for us to roam China Town and whatnot.) Banquet at the end of the year (more of a potluck really…) and we all just get along. C4 and EMAC (martial arts clubs) as well as Hip-Hop Club get along well with us since they help out with the performances. LOVE THEM!
