Overall Favorite (Breaking, Daily): Reuters
Print: NY Times
TV: BBC World/Euronews
Online: The Young Turks

Irish Republican News

CNN usually, though

Daily Show and Colbert Report for news mixed with “news” and jokes

I watch them every night they’re on haha ^^

Watching Colbert right now ;)

NY Times.

Also, if Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert count, I’ll say that I really enjoy Bill Maher (more commentary than news, though).

NBC/MSNBC/Huffington Post

ø

The ONION

Love love LOVE NY Times in print! (though I can’t exactly subscribe since I live in Asia) The International Herald Tribune too.

CNN!!!

American morning and, sometimes CNN.

Lol CNN’s actual news/human interest stories ratio is so awful it’s laughable.

Print: NY Times
Online: nytimes.com or Al Jazeera English (for the Egypt/Middle East crisis)
TV: NBC Nightly News

Russian Today (RT), MSNBC, Huffington Post
I usually just read the news online.
Although of course I watch The Daily Show/Colbert Report every night. :D

I like to stick with my local news like ABC 11 personally. hahah.
I don’t really watch national news, I think it’s kinda boring :X

They all honestly suck.
MSNBC- Communists
Fox- Pro-theocracy
CNN-Dull as hell, but at least watchable without grumbling in anger at their stupidity.

These are more like extreme caricatures.

MSNBC - Liberal as hell (can’t be Communists, corporate owned)

Fox - Extreme capitalists, lie a lot (or tell half-truths), here be crazies (Beck)

^ I think the thing that annoys people the most about Fox is their social conservatism, they only emphasize hardcore capitalism (which I think is the best economic system btw) on the Neil Cavuto show. Neil Cavuto is also the only likable TV pundit, he doesn’t take himself SO DAMN SERIOUSLY like Olbermann and Beck do.

I actually find CNN to be incredibly unwatchable due to the fact that they try to be neutral. Not objective, but neutral. Every story has two equal sides with them, even when that isn’t the case. The only person I can really watch on there is AC.

And of course, Fox takes the crazy cake just for having Glenn Beck…

^ MSNBC’s triad of Olbermann (before he was fired), Maddow, and Schulz takes the crazy cake. Even Beck’s ramblings can’t take down those 3 wackjobs, though he comes close.

Calling public health care and aid for the poor and regulation of business “fascist progressive Nazi communism” while scaring people about US currency so they’ll buy gold from your advertisers is a mixture of extreme capitalism, crazy, a poor understanding of history, and greed. (Glenn Beck)

I loved SNL’s parody of Olbermann, it was hilarious.

No such thing as free health care bud.
And government helping poor helps no one. At best, it’s a lateral transfer (re: theft) of money from those who earned it to those who didn’t. In reality, since there’s no such thing as 100% efficiency, a lot of the money just funds useless programs instead of the person who EARNED it keeping it.
