<p>I like them because I don't belive in thier ideas. sort of like how I admire Karl Marx, even though I don't belive in communism. well.... robespierre was nice to the poor, and he did manage to get France back on track as before his rise to power France was getting beat bad in the war with austria. not that I enjoy people getting killed en masse for petty grievances though. and metternich is the fascinating polar opposite of robespierre. </p>

<p>as I recall, this list was a list of favorite people in history, not the list of people in history you share the same ideas with.</p>
