Fear of failing midterms and tests...

Right now, I'm taking 5 AP classes including APUSH, AP Bio, AP Calc, APES, and AP Physics. I'm the kind of person who doesn't want to forget things that I learn. I need to review over and over again until the information because embeded in my head so that I can retrieve it. However, I'm kind of falling behind on my reading. Would it be more wise to try to review information and make sure that I'm remembering it when I learn it? It is kind of hard for me to remember what I have previously and not fall behind... What do you guys think? Is it necessary to review? For those of you who have not reviewed for APUSH, did you wish you had when it came to the AP exam?
