or
b) 11:59 EST on Feb 1??</p>

<p>Sent before Feb 1. ends! Note that even if you submit your CSS profile on Feb 1., schools won't process it till a few days or weeks later, so the deadline is 11:59 Feb 1. Even if you submit it late, they will still accept it.</p>

<p>You have until 11:59 Feb 1 (eastern?). Just remember, everyone else is filling it out too, so the system will be slow.</p>
