Just a reminder to all of you who have applied, the deadline to submit the FAFSA and the profile is Feb. 15th. All to often I see posts from people who missed the deadline, so I thought I'd post this.

I think all my stuff is in, do you know if there is a way to check if they have received it? Also I thought I saw something in the css profile about sending in a copy of some forms, is that true or once you have submitted it digitally it's done?

The only forms I can think of that the profile would tell you to send to the school would be the business farm supplement. Are your parents self-employed or do they own a farm?? That is what that form is for. However, there could have been something else they asked for, that's all I can think of.

Also, don't forget to send copies of all federal tax forms and w-2's to Tulane once taxes are finished. Although it doesn't state this on the page that gives instructions (it says returning students have to submit tax info) If you check FAQ it DOES say to send tax info. I'd send it to be on the safe side.

As far as checking if they have received everything, my son is a second year student, and I don't remember if we were able to check last year. I do know that as of right now I cannot figure out a way to see if they received all the financial aid info for this year.
