Feb. ACT for some selective schools?

There isnt ACT on january,
and I wish I can retake ACT for a heck of it.

Next test date is 12-FEB-05 and I wonder if colleges would take it.
(well i know all colleges i am applying stating on their website Jan is the last one)

MIT, JHU, Duke, Cornell, Harvard, Princeton

do they MIGHT consider it or something like that?

p.s : I just wonder why ACT score came out SO late. a lot later than SAT does.
