I know someone who lives right down the road from me and he got his results.

Can I assume that only people who did the ACT without writing are getting their scores?

Our last name also begins with an E.

Both kids had the no writing test.

7th grader got results in mail on Friday, 2/25.

11th grader has gotten nothing yet.

No scores for either on the ACT web site.

My status is “tested” on the ACT website and a few of my friends have gotten their scores in the mail…maybe I’ll get mine today in the mail? If not, you can bet I’m getting no sleep Sunday night.

For those of you who have gotten them in the mail but no results online . . . does the web site still say “registered” or does it say “tested”? Ours still says registered so not holding our breath for results on Sunday night or in today’s mail.

For the 7th grader who got mailed test results on Friday: “Tested”

For 11th grader who got no test results: “Tested”

Mail has run today, but nothing for older child yet.

I really hope science curve was generous…

Do we have any idea what the curves are?

Nothing in the mail today. Have to wait until Monday.

Got mine in the maill… ****. I can’t open it.

Dangggit ! One point lower than what I needed for FSU! UGHH!

can anyone freaking tell us the curve. Alot of you have posted that you’ve received results and have failed to answer the question.

^although I want to know the curve too, how exactly can they tell?

at least a guestimation. For example, if you ran through the FEB ACT discussion and only got 1 question wrong, and you are POSITIVE you got it wrong, what score did you get on math. Throw us a bone here!

If I had to make guesses based on my scores:

English curve was a little harsh. 33 for what I thought was missing one or maybe two.

Science curve was generous(?) I got a 36, but might have missed one?

Math curve was normal? (I got a 36, so I wouldn’t be able to tell you much)

Reading curve was normal? I got a 32, and missed maybe 3.

my two friends that have gotten theirs back got over 30s when they normally get like 25s and 26s. So it looks kind of generous thus far.

My scores arrived in the mail on Friday. I am a junior so not sure if I should take the test again. My composite is a 28. This is much better than my SAT score so I am thinking maybe I should take it again but realistically how much would it go up??

If it is your first time taking it. You have about 50 percent chance of increasing it the 2nd time. (ACT people say 50 percent of students that retake it increase)

my status still says registered. and i got nothing in the mail. hope i get it monday :(

Thank you! Yes it was my first time. I am not sure if I should go ahead and retake it. The next testing date I have a track meet, which I will skip if needed, and will be at running camp the June date. The next time I can take it is in December which will be too late for applications.

you can take it in April 9 deadline is March 4
