I got four fee waivers from my college which I mailed to my colleges. How do I submit my common application without paying?

Talk to your guidance counselor and they can certify that you qualify.

You check “fee waiver” on commonapp and ask your guidance counselor to check it too. Then ALL applications thriugh Commonapp are free.
