I just checked my status for my RD application on the Cornell website and it says:

"An application fee, or approved fee waiver, is required. At this time, our records indicate that we have not received your application fee, or fee waiver. You will be receiving correspondence from our office concerning this requirement or you can call us at 607.255.5241"

I sent in my fee waiver about a week ago through mail. Should I call or wait?

I used a fee waiver from ECO, and Cornell says they have not gotten anything yet. I think as long as the waiver is postmarked before the application deadline it will be fine. The website says it can take up to two weeks to update.

I submitted the fee waiver on mid-December, before submitting my application, and I still get this message on the status website. Should I contact or wait a little bit?

My fee status was updated just yesterday, even though I sent in the payment with my application. I wouldn’t worry about it yet guys. They’re probably completely backlogged with application materials. Our class may even have the most applicants of any year. On my profile, it says they still haven’t received my mid-year report either, but on the common applications, it shows that it was downloaded two weeks ago. Things take time to process and worrying over minor details will only unsettle you. Relax and lets try to enjoy the last few months of high school. It’s all downhill from here
