Fee Waivers for the September ACT

I am considering taking the ACT in September as a junior, as it is before the initial pandemonium of school and in a month when no SAT is offered anyway. However, I am not sure if I would qualify for the fee waiver. The ACT website states, "2. Grade Level. Fee waivers are available ONLY to students currently enrolled in high schools as juniors or seniors."

Because my school does not begin until after labor day, I would have to sign up for the test during the summer. As I have earned enough credits to become a junior, am I technically a junior and therefore qualified for the waiver during the summer between my sophomore and junior years?

Thanks!

^I cannot say definitively, but I would think that you would be considered a junior.
