Fee Waivers

I'm wondering if anyone knows how it is that one submits fee waivers for:

Carnegie Mellon U
Cornell U
Harvard C
Lafayette C
Princeton U
Swarthmore C

I already have the Collegeboard Fee waiver signed by my counselor [all of them accept it]... with the stanford app I had to mail it in with a section of my application.. is the same true for these apps.. if so where do I find this information?

Thanks

For Harvard:

"For a fee waiver, have your guidance counselor attach a written request to the front of the Common Application."

For Swarthmore, "please have your school counselor request a fee waiver in writing and attach that letter to your application supplement."
<a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu/admissions/Instructions.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.swarthmore.edu/admissions/Instructions.pdf</a></p>

Thanks, I've had my counselors send the Swarthmore one before the break but unfortunatly I was unaware of the "special" Harvard and Princeotn waiver =-/

What to do now? I'll try to email them... what should I say though.. sicne I thought they were on the Collegeboard App Waiver.

BTW: Anyone know anything about Cornell?
