<p>Are fee waivers for college application fees available to International Students? If so what's the procedure?
I seem to remember someone mentioning this 6 months ago, but I can't find the thread now, (its probably lost in the titanic Indian thread).

<p>Fee waivers are indeed available. You need a letter from you consellor at school stating that you have a weak financial condition and that you cannot afford to pay the application fees.</p>
<p>The only thing written in mine was " The amount is very huge in our country's context. So please waive the application fee." And it worked all over.</p>
