Feedback on some professors sought

<p>My dd did the trial registration and while I realize this is relatively meaningless and subject to change, can any of the uppers give feedback on the following professors:</p>

<p>Hunter, Hosmer in English</p>

<p>Edwards in Astronomy</p>

<p>Felton in Art History</p>

<p>Metral in French.</p>

<p>She has kind of an eclectic set of courses here but she was just curious about the reps of each possible instructor(there are two sections in the English course).</p>

<p>Susan Edwards is a good teacher, but if she’s taking the astronomy class for non-majors, all I can say is that that class was not really as exciting as I hoped it would be. That being said, Susan really cares about her students and knows her stuff, so it may just have been my personal feelings about astronomy. The astronomy department is super small, and the astronomy majors all seem very happy there, even if they only have two dedicated astro profs.</p>
