Has anyone received the email yet about interviewing for the fellowships? The Honors College website says email notifications go out today.

I just received the email this evening.

My daughter recieved one. The odds are pretty good of getting a fellowship if you are invited. Congratulations!

If you do not proceed on in the fellowship process will you receive an e-mail letting you know you have not qualified?

The fellowship weekend starts Sunday, March 11, 2012. I would think that they would have sent out both yea or nay responses by now. Given that it does require extra effort to fill out the supplemental fellowship application, you would think they would send a negative response to these highly qualified applicants. The minimum requirements for fellowship app are 32 ACT or 1400 SAT (Verbal+Math) OR National Merit or National Achievement semifinalist and unweighted 3.8 high school GPA. So the students that qualify to even apply for the fellowships are all pretty bright and the type of student UA would want to cultivate. If a response has not been recieved by now it might be because you’re on a waitlist…you may want to call them.

Thanks so much!!

Fellowship interviews start this weekend. Good luck to all.
