<p>thanks @niceday- I wanted to ask by my last post that then I will not be able to access my recommendations later if I follow the above procedure, right? I don’t want to so I want to confirm before checking any boxes. The commonapp isn’t very clear about it</p>
<p>No matter how you check the FERPA waiver you will never have the right or ability see your recommendations directly through the common app process. </p>
<p>The FERPA waiver relates to rights you might have directly through the colleges themselves to see the recs in your application file later, for example after you matriculate at a college (if the school even retains them).</p>
