I don't have a counselor in my school, so I've given the details about my school principal. But what do I have to select under "TYPE" when I invite him through the Recommender Invitation? Do I put him as 'counselor' only? Or should I put him as 'other' under the 'other recommender'?

Will I be able to see my transcripts on the Common App? How will I know my school transcripts are sent by the school?

While sending official SAT and TOEFL scores, is there a way to link it to my application? Like do I have to enter my Common App ID somewhere so that the official report will appear with my application when I submit it to different colleges?
I wrote the SAT again on October 5, do I wait and add those scores on my Application too as soon as I receive them?

I just wanna be sure I don't wrongly fill in my application..

You absolutely have to invite a person with the role of counselor. That person can be your principal. He/she will fill out your school forms, but will not be asked to complete the same detailed personal recommendation as a teacher or other recommender. You should invite your principal as a counselor, and not as an other recommender.

You will not be able to see through the common app that your trancripts have been sent. Many schools maintain a portal and will give you a user name and login to track receipt of that and other info (such as test scores) once they receive your application. Those who don’t are generally the smaller schools and they are likely to contact you directly if a transcript is missing but other parts of your application are received. If you ahve concerns, you can contact the schools directly where you are applying, but allow a week or two for them to process everything. Give your high school an addressed stamped envelope for transcripts to be sure they are properly posted.

Your name, birthdate, address and HS will be sufficient to identify you on official tests and all of that info is part of the normal info you give when you take those tests. You do not provide your common app id and it’s not necessary to wait for those test results before submitting your apps. It’s fine to indicate on your app that you took the Oct SAT so schools know to expect those scores.
