Figuring Out What to Double Minor in: HELP!

Hi everyone(:

I'm a 16 year old sophomore in high school, who needs help on figuring out what to minor in. I know for a fact that I want to major in Psychology and I know that minoring in Sociology is a good choice along with Philosophy, but I really would love to do something in Music, Journalism and Art Photography. I'm so confused, because I really want to start looking at colleges that carry the best programs for my likings but that's really hard when you want to do a little bit of everything. Before, I didn't even know what I wanted to do! Now, I'm freaking out. I can only imagine how I'll be in my senior year. It'll be a disaster; but not to get way off subject, what should I do? Is it possible for me to triple minor or does that even exist? I want to be able to fall back on SOMETHING, if the whole psychology plan doesn't work out.

I want to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology with an emphasis on children and adolescents and I'm very interested in adolescent self-harm.

Thanks in advance to those who reply(:

■■■■■. (hopefully)

Minors don’t matter, unless it is a radically different subject than your major.

I am definitely not a ■■■■■; I’m getting really irritated with the fact that people on the internet cannot seem to fathom the fact that every teenager out here isn’t a imbecilic, sex-crazed, drug head, alcoholic failure. I actually want to do something with my life, if I didn’t I wouldn’t be on here asking for help and I think it’s extremely peremptory of you to not help me figure out my situation. If you believed that I was a ■■■■■ then you shouldn’t have even replied to my post. In case you haven’t noticed, it is a great botheration of mines, I hate ■■■■■■ just as much as the next person, but you know what I do? I ignore them and move on with my life.

Now, could someone please help me? I’d appreciate it.

I didn’t say you are a ■■■■■, and my advice is still the same: Don’t worry about minors. They don’t matter. Just take classes in what you’re interested.

You’re a sophomore in high school. You don’t need to be thinking about minors. Minors don’t matter…double minors don’t matter. Study what you want. You can take classes in stuff you’re interested in even if you aren’t minoring in it. It’s really not a big deal…don’t freak about this kind of stuff in high school, you really don’t need to decide now!
