Help with majors / minors (psychology)

(im sorry this is quite long) im a senior in high school and i attended a college fair today and got totally overloaded with so much information that i am more confused than ever about college. im really interested in helping others. i suffered from depression, self harm, and an eating disorder for many years and found that it was hard to explain to others about the things i felt because i was sure they wouldnt understand, simply because they hadnt experienced anything similar to that.
because of my experiences and the fact that i am a good listener and a very understanding person, i know that being an aid to others will not only benefit them but me also.

ultimately, i want to become a psychologist but i am also interested in other jobs such as social worker and probation officer. i'd like to become either of those after i obtain a bachelors whilst i am getting my masters. i'd stick with one of those jobs but i come from an upper middle class family and making anything less than $60/70k a year to my family would be atotsk disgrace hence why i want to pursue the psychologist route.

i checked out the university of south carolina today and am very interested in attending but im not exactly sure of my majors and minors. is it difficult and stupid of me to double major and minor? i'd like to major in psychology and social work and minor in criminology and sociology, also become certified in alcoholic and drug studies and child welfare.

i realize this is a lot of information but i am in dire need of help, considering i need to start filling out college applications asap. i had a meeting with my guidance counselor a week ago about my plans after high school and it lasted for less than 15mins and i doubt i will be able to meet with her again until the end of the year so i cant really ask someone at school for help.

please voice your opinions, dont hold back.
