<p>Of course there's nothing we can do about it now (i don't think?) but how bad was it that when son was filling out common app questions regarding family, he was unable to locate an occupation for me (his mom) and thus put 'homemaker' in-- when in fact I own my own internet business. He didn't realize there was a way to get around the choices that were given for filling in that answer.</p>
<p>So does it reflect bad in any way (like my having a masters degree but appearing to be doing nothing with it!) and should I be worried about his application at all? Or, is it such a minor detail that truly will have no bearing on anything? </p>
