<p>okay so i applied early decision adn the financial aid stuff is due today </p>
<p>so I went on columbia's fin aid wesbite

<p>and for the box about international students living within US...there's no link to the form, instead it says "<strong>Application will be available in October 2008</strong>"</p>
<p>so it's november 2008......anyone know what's going on or what i could do?</p>
