<p>I was looking through the website and I didn't see any forms besides the links to the CSS and FAFSA. Is this all they want for fin aid???</p>
<p>oh fin aid, you selfish lover.
yes, it basically boils down the the (1)CSS Profile and the (2)FAFSA.
you'll also need to send in (3a)your and (3b)your parents' tax returns too CSS's IDOC (you'll get the cover letter for than when you're done with Profile).
There is also a (4)Yale Application for Undergraduate Fin Aid that basically tells them how many scholarships you've won and how you'll split up your Self Help.
Finally there's a (5)Bio Questionnaire, which is basically a survey asking you everything about yourself- it helps the office see how they'll split up your award.
i just pretty much listed them in order of importance. there are also CSS that don't apply to all students (divorced families, farm owners, internationals).</p>
<p>Is there a place on their site that talks about numbers 4 and 5?</p>
<p>yeah, you guys dont have to worry about 'em yet but..</p>
<p>4- <a href="http://www.yale.edu/sfas/financial/0607Application.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.yale.edu/sfas/financial/0607Application.pdf</a>
this is for continuing students, but yours will look the same, don't worry about this yet</p>
<p>5- as for number 5, you guys need to sign in to access it, so you gotta wait until you get your NetIDs after you matriculate ('09 didn't get NetIDs til July, so don't hold your breath)</p>
<p>Lol, selfish lover. I am self supporting so you know it goes only that far....</p>
