<p>Oh yea, I just found what you are talking about. Follow the instructions that you should have gotten in an email from UCSB. I got 15k in grants need based.</p>

<p>i read somewhere that if you qualify for one of the uc scholarships, they'll tell you in your acceptance letter.</p>
