as an applying freshman, did i have to fill out this: http://www.jhu.edu/~finaid/elecserv/2005FinAid-Ap.pdf
or
http://www.jhu.edu/~finaid/elecserv/0607StudentAidCertification.pdf

if you sign into your jhu ISIS thing, on the requirements page, there is a heading entitled "statement that the student did not file a federal tax return," which is a link. when i click on it, im directed to another menu page

now my question is, is the "statement that the student did not file a federal tax return" the "student aid certification form" (upper right) or the "aid application" (lower right)?

my gut is telling me that its the certification form, under the 06-07 heading, and not the aid application under the 05-06 heading

please help, im really confused and freaking out that i didn't apply for aid and any clarification would really be appreciated!!
