<p>If we have outside scholarships, what is the method to report them to Penn?
How do we request for the one-time 1000 computer thing?
Are we allow to reduce all self-help aid except for workstudy, then get the 1000 computer thing, and THEN reduce workstudy?
What do we do with the outside scholarship checks made out to us?
If we replace workstudy with scholarship, how do we get the money if we (depending on the answer to the above question) were to send the scholarship checks to penn?</p>
