Final Exams - ohh the pain

Its time for Final Exams again!!
TIME TO VENT!
When are your final exams? Have you started studying? WHEN will you? how do you study?

I have mine Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Don't have to go to school on Friday. School starts at 9 and ends at 1:15 on final exam week. Yes, it is going to be a three day weekend of HELL.
I have - Pre-Calc and USH monday
Physics and Economics tuesday
French and English wednesday

.. and i am done with studying for math. i will study during the weekend and the day before for all the other tests.. but i think i forgot HOW to study for finals... i simply went over every problem type in math.. over all my worksheets.

I HATE EXAMS

adfkads;lgka

I had english and french today, chem tomorrow, math (insert wail of agony) wednesday, and history thursday. two easy exams done-- three hard ones remain :( this week is going to be hellish.

at least you guys have it before christmas break. i have to wait until mid-january...

lol kchen, that sucks.

I have mine this week as well.

Tues: Calculus and Western Civilizations
Wed: Phyiscs and Literature
Thurs: Spanish IV
Fri: Anatomy & Physiology

Me 2, oh man i need all A's!!!

tues: IB 20th Century History
Wed: Art 1 and IB HL Math 2 ( Im actually taking a practice IB exam for the final, it sux)
Thurs: IB English IV, IB Spanish V
Fri: IB Phyiscs, IB Chemistry 2

^^^ IB sucks. It really sucks. I am going to die when we have our SL exams in may... physics and economics barf

do any of you have a system at your school where you can exempt a final if you have a certain grade (for example, skip an exam if you have a 95% or above in the class)?

I have IB mocks in Feb. Seriously dreading them

Math, Physics, English HL
German, History, Economics SL

I'm so scared.

You guys are really lucky. I don't start taking mine until the middle/end of Jan.
Will have
AP English and American Government
Physics and AP Statistics (dreading this day as they are really my worst classes)
Modern World History and Zoology

Im Done With Exams!

W0000000t!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have two tomorrow, neither of which will really affect my grade!! :)

i failed my math exam.

:cries:

And the sight of the thread title triggers all of my repressed stress.

I love finals. They are always hard the first day but easy on the second day. (We have two days to complete finals)

Besides nothing can really affect my grade if I have an A++ in class. Usually I can make an F and still come out with an A in the class. Many of my fellow classmates hate me for this, but I just sit there and smile. ....LOL

Except for Orchestra and Calculus, I have strait A minuses (FIRST TIME EVER, it sucks) and I have to do well on my exams to push each subject up to an A. Exams are worth 10% of the semester grade in my school...sigh the pressure!

10%????

Mine are worth 20%....

half of mine are 10% and the other half are 20%

We don't have final exams at our school (for the 1st semester), however we do have a final exam at the end of the year (only material covered in the 2nd semester is tested). Our high school includes grades 10 to 12, and when I was in 9th grade (which was located in the middle school or as it is known here, the junior high school), we did not have any finals. As a senior, I can exempt out of a final if I maintain a B average for the last marking period and have at least a B for the year. Our school is stupid.. but.. it's great for the students (doesn't prepare us well for college, but I'm not going to complain!)

25% in our school.
blah.
its the same as six weeks of a grading period
