In their acceptance packages, other schools sent me forms requesting semester two grades, when available. Dartmouth didn't send any such form. Is there some type of Common App form we print off, or do they just send the form later?

I know my school requires me to give them a Final Transcript Request so that they can send my end-of-year transcript to Dartmouth...but that is just my school. Dartmouth has not yet asked me for anything in particular.

maybe we don't have to send them this year!

Yes, Carmen, and maybe the President will literally kiss each '09's butt upon arriving on campus in the fall.

That would be uncomfortable.

I dont think Dartmouth requires your grade. All my other acceptance letters said something like "your admission is dependent on your senior year grades..." except Dartmouth. I also remember reading somewhere that they dont even require graduation from highschool.

are you serious?? i'm pretty sure my school is still sending out my final grades, anyway. i think it's school policy or something.

wowwwww so that means that i can get a D in a class and they wouldnt even care?? that is freaking awesome lol

i dont remember sending them my grades last year. i got in ED and to my knowledge that's the last they saw of my grades. which is a good thing, cause i basically stopped working after i got in, lol. but your high schools might send out the reports. the people there know the system and often times do stuff without you knowing that they're doing it.

but whatever, as long as u don't fail out of a class or get arrested Dartmouth doesn't really care.
