<p>Your school will send it out on their official form. All you have to do is let your GC know where to send your final transcript.</p>
<p>Caveat: Open your grades as soon as they arrive at your home to make sure the report is correct. Some schools send out final transcripts within a day or so after sending out grades. A close friend has a real horror story about a major transcript error that was already winging its way toward Emory.</p>
