Finally made up my mind...more nervous than ever!

I have finally set my sights on Wesleyan ED. I thought coming to my final decision would put me at ease but I'm actually 50 times more nervous now! Can someone let me know how good my chances are please! I would really appreciate any imput!

Basic stats:
-Hispanic girl, SoCal
-Go to a Catholic school, they don't officially rank but I think I'm top 10%
-GPA: UW: 3.75 W 4.05
-Sociology major
-AP Classes:
-Spanish Language: 5
-This year I'm taking AP Government, AP English, AP 3D Studio Art and AP Spanish Literature
- I focus alot on my art classes and I'm super excited for this year where I make a portfolio and all that jazz :). I have taken ceramics for 3 years and I definitely want to stay involved in ceramics and pottery in college.

Testing:
-I'm only going to submit my ACT (since that's all that's required), I got a 29 and I'm going to retake in October and hope for a 30+
-On my subject tests I got decent scores but I don't think that they'll really add to my application because they're not really all that amazing.

Main ECs:
-Girl Scouts (11 years): Gold, Silver and Bronze Award. I earned the Gold Award by working with the Ronald McDonald House.
-Guitar (5 years): It's fun. I'm not amazingly good or anything but I enjoy it.
-Volunteering (3 years): I dedicate days I have off to going to a school with a lot of latino children and helping out with the kindergarten classes and I go to project success about 2 times a week. By far my favorite EC, I love those kids so much

Awards and Honors:
-Gold, Silver, Bronze Award (I already said that), Presidential Service Award, National Honors Society, National Art Honors Society.

Work:
-This summer I worked at a preschool program as a teacher assistant for 30 hours a week
-This school year I will be working at a bookstore for 12 hours a week

Extra:
-I'm a URM I guess because of my latina blood. My parents are both immigrants and I'm the first to go to college. I love my culture and that is what my essay is about.

-I guess I'm worried that my struggle in math might bring me down a bit. I got a "C" the first semester of Honors Algebra and that was my first and last C. There was a situation that my counselor will explain in her letter. However, even though I'm only in Pre-Calculus now, I love math. I have had a steady upward trend and have gotten As the past 3 semesters, even with the notoriously toughest math teacher at the school. I'm extremely excited to take Calculus in college and I have even debated doing a double major with Math and Sociology because I enjoy it so much (I'm such a nerd, I know!)

So I guess that's me. Do you think I'll have a good shot of Wesleyan ED? Thanks :)
