I'm a junior and have taken my psych and ap bio final exam so far. My psych final wasn't too bad, ap bio on the other hand was horrible. But I guess its because I was just winging them. My next few final start in like two weeks.

We do finals this week (last week of school). All but one if my academic classes were AP, so I don’t have many finals. I have one real one, which I did today, but it was French so you know I couldn’t care less about it. And then I have a presentation and two projects due as “finals” for two AP classes tomorrow.

I only have 3 finals. Japanese 3 (last week of school), Chinese 2 (next week or the week after that), and Pre-Calculus (also last week of school).

All my other classes are exempted once I pass the standards.

At my old school, they changed the grading scale on the finals. They wouldn’t change/curve YOUR grade, but an A would be like 80-100, and then a B would be like 60-80, and so on and so forth. I think the lowest passing score you could achieve was a 32% in Chemistry. A 32% on the final was considered a D, which was passing. No wonder I left that school. I finished with finals two weeks ago. They were pieces of cake compared to the AP exams I took.

Most core classes at my school you have to take sols, or standards of learning. I don’t think I did that well on my US History one today, which is sad. Then again 1/7 of the questions are experimental. Blah. I have Chemistry, which I will get close to a 600 (max) and Math.

If you pass your SOL’s, which is sad if you don’t, you are exempt from exams. All I have to worry about is my German exam =\ Exams are set for late May/early June. School ends on the 5th I believe. Then I take the sat the next day… Then my summer officially starts! =D
